We are very pleased with the outstanding job. The more we examine the vehicle the more impressed we are.

This is my first experience with Audrey’s Automotive. I chose them because of their reputation for honesty and fine work. Audrey’s did a complete engine removal and replacement on my Subaru Legacy. Her and her team of experts did an incredible amount of work, but even more impressive is the fact that everything ran perfectly after this complex job was completed. I did not have to go back multiple times to fix little things that weren’t working correctly. Kudos to Denden for superior workmanship. Additional work performed was rear strut replacement, differential pinion seal replacement and complete fluids change. I would not hesitate to recommend Audrey’s. It was a truly outstanding experience from the initial booking to the final payment. I feel like I’m driving a brand-new car!

Car not ready until the next day but ended up being better 4 me d/t my work scheduling conflicts. I would rather also wait as well so that job is done correctly and not rushed. I’ve been a customer 4 many years

I initially booked my VW Tiguan in for an oil change (special offer on of no labor charges) and a repair on the hood latch that kept popping open, worse when the weather was warmer. First bill was just about $500 and told that the hood latch just needed greasing. I picked the car up, drove home and the hood popped up again just before I got home. I took the car back, explained to the service advisor and the mechanic what I thought was the issue, the latch cable wasn’t returning as far as it should and securing the hood. The mechanic diagnosed a new latch was needed, despite my thoughts that this wasn’t the problem. I was quoted $600 to install a new latch. The car was booked in and I took it in the day before the scheduled date. I then received a text on the day of the repair saying that the service advisor had forgot to order the new latch… I drove to the shop and expressed my disappointment with the overall service with Audrey. She was very apologetic, expressed a real interest when I showed her what I thought was the issue and agreed with my diagnosis. She assured me that she would look at the car and diagnose it correctly once the front bumper was removed and also compensate me for the wasted trips to her shop and the excessive charges for not fixing the initial problem. Today I picked the car up, the hood latch is in fact still good and the cables that release the hood latch were adjusted correctly. My initial thoughts weren’t great about the service but after talking to Audrey personally and seeing that she cares and is eager to get a job done well and efficiently I would certainly consider using their services again. Worth bearing in mind that if there are any concerns with charges or service with Audrey’s it should always be bought to the owner herself as she is always looking for customer satisfaction and reasonable charges.

Service was great as always! Staff are so pleasant to deal with and they explain everything clearly, no nasty surprises when it comes to paying the bill!

The blue smoke coming out of the tailpipes on my car seemed to indicate a catastrophic engine failure of some kind and in pursuit of repairs, I learned that there are very few shops in Saskatoon that will service German cars. In searching for a shop that will work on Audi, I learned of Audrey's Auto Repair, and I am thrilled that I found these folks. Based on hundreds of positive reviews, I decided to reach out and spoke with the team at Audrey's auto repair about my car. I was told my car needed diagnostic work and Cassidy explained how the diagnostic tests work, what these tests will reveal about the internal health of my engine, and I was also provided a to-the-penny quote on cost for diagnostic testing. Following the testing and review of the test results (completed entriely within the quoted price) I was informed that the best next step was a performance restoration service (PRS). The team at Audrey's explained the costs, detailed exactly what PRS entails including the most likely outcome in reference to my goal of restoring the engine to a healthier operating condition. Now several weeks following the PRS, the engine runs relatively smoothly and quietly, I haven't noted any troublesome oil consumption issues, no more blue smoke out the tailpipes, and the instrument cluster warning symbol has only illuminated once. I am thoroughly pleased with the team and ownership of Audrey's Auto Repair - I found the team members I interacted with to be technically astute, honest, and sincerely helpful (especially with this old man and his old car!), and the final costs to me were completely within the limits of my repair budget and absolutely no surprises at any point. I found the team at Audrey's Auto Service to have a lot of integrity and are completely trustworthy; they told me the best way forward with my car was tests, followed by diagnosis and repair/service, and all was completed for the price initially quoted to me. Excellent customer service!

Great service, they give you a very detailed report of any and all issues they find and then advise on how to move forward. Service was very quick and well done!
